Brooklyn Ice is a free program and we are dedicated to keeping it free! We are a 501(c)3 organization,
and therefore, all donations are tax-deductible. We are dependent on the support of individual donors,
organizations, and foundations to fulfill our mission. Your donation will help us continue to provide this
vital program to Brooklyn youth.
Please consider the following expenses:
• $20 sharpens a pair of skates for the season.
• $75 pays for equipment for one student.
• $150 covers ice time for one week.
• $500 pays for instructors for one week.
• $1000 covers our annual Ice Show costs.

In-Kind Donations
Brooklyn Ice welcomes donations of skating attire and equipment. Please contact us if you have new
skating dresses or used skates and blades in good condition that you would like to donate.

Please contact us if you are interested in helping out with our on-ice skating classes during the 2009-
2010 season.
